Most of the Overbrook Asylum buildings have been demolished within the last few years. but the stories remain.

We went for a walk on the West Essex Trail which goes though the property of the Essex County Hospital Grounds of the Overbrook Asylum. I experienced needing to desperately find something or someone, an inpatient elderly man in a wheelchair from the 1930s and a disturbed young women from the 1970s. The spirits had a lot to say about asylum life and at the end of the walkthrough we did find something . . .
