In this reveal I talk about the history of the Boonton Iron Works, the Morris Canal, Indian Rock, and how historically dangerous these waters have been over the last 80 years. Old Boonton was under the Jersey City Resevoir, not the Boonton Resevoir.

Hi Mary thanks for watching and reading! Yes you are correct Old Boonton is under a Jersey City Reservoir! There are a few reservoirs that are managed by Jersey City and the reservoir in Boonton is one of them. The local name for the Jersey City Reservoir in Boonton is the Boonton Reservoir.
